Boundaries...are they selfish? Are they controlling? What if people I love don't like my boundaries? How can I learn what is appropriate? I get it, it can feel overwhelming. Join a group of encouraging women beginning Monday, June 26th for a 10 week online support group introducing an exciting new take on setting and keeping healthy boundaries. Jumpstart to Healing Trauma
The JUMPSTART TO HEALING trauma intensive is a one day, individualized, one-on-one counseling intensive for individuals in crisis needing immediate assistance, and for those who would like to get a head start in addressing relational trauma, such as abuse, neglect or other issues.Spaces are limited since this is one-on-one therapy with a trained relational therapist.. You may experience two months worth of work in this one day. Price is less than our normal price per hour and includes assessments, book, and workbook. Insurance reimbursement is possible.
