With over 20 years of experience, I have assisted individuals in overcoming barriers that hold them back from becoming their ideal selves. From adjustment to life-altering changes to post-trauma, grief, guilt, hopelessness, severe mental illness, suicidality and self-harm.
Healthy mental hygiene is what drives us toward positive change as we navigate through the challenges in our path. I assist through a client-centered treatment approach that is strengths- based and individualized to address each unique need in a non-judgemental safe environment.
I provide the tools necessary to help individuals succeed in reaching measurable and obtainable goals. Mindfulness, self-actualization, and acceptance mixed with a little humor are key motivators in the continuum toward empowerment and positive change.
