I have 43 years of experience in my field. The last twenty years have been focused on integrating the mind, body and spirit into my therapy. I owned a holistic health center for 16 years and firmly believe that a peaceful joyful existence can be achieved by positive thoughts, healthy behavior and a positive loving belief system. I encourage my clients to make peace with their past by mindfully choosing to accept how they developed as a result of their negative experiences
I specialize in grief issues and post traumatic stress. I am very effective at moving a client through the grief cycle. If my clients are willing to choose meaning and joy over pain and suffering, they will benefit from therapy.
