My therapy style uses a person-centered and strength-based approach. You are the expert of your life. The journey begins where you want and continues at your pace. I am also an EMDR therapist which is a therapeutic technique that helps decrease/eliminate the symptoms of traumatic or stressful events.
I have experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and families. Majority of my experience is with depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, ADHD, trauma, child behavioral issues, and substance use. I offer in person and telehealth sessions. Please take your first step.
