I practice with adults of all ages, older adolescents and couples.  I treat clients with problems related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship/marriage conflicts, substance abuse issues and those individuals who struggle with emotional regulation.   I have worked in a variety of settings including outpatient mental health counseling, residential treatment, felony court, and inpatient counseling.  I believe the best treatment modality is important for success.  I practice using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and a few others.

She provides EAP services as a contractor, for local and federal law enforcement agencies. Reiki Master/Teacher certified, for stress relief practices and coping strategies.
