We also work on discovering what radical self care and coping skills look like for you and ultimately determine how you can have a life that is centered around what you truly value. And most importantly, increasing experiences of pleasure!
I have been a trauma therapist for over 10 years. I love to work collaboratively with patients and develop a plan to tailor your therapy to your needs. The interventions I offer are a mixture of talk therapy, emdr, expressive arts work, and skills work.
