I have experience working with individuals of all ages including, children, adults, couples and families with a wide variety of challenges and symptoms. I have knowledge and experience working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, communication skills, self-empowerment, parenting issues, substance abuse, legal concerns, grief and loss, health related challenges, and child welfare. I also have significant background in coordinating care with community-based resources.
I am passionate about partnering with individuals to create a collaborative relationship to identify personal goals, and a dedication to provide guidance and support to empower the individuals I work with to reach these goals. I utilize a holistic and eclectic approach within therapy tailored to meet individual needs.
I value creating a strong rapport with the individuals I work with and believe that therapy should be an enjoyable experience. I have a warm, empathic demeanor and often use humor within sessions.
