I help my clients work through depression, anxiety and relationship issues while feeling supported and understood every step of the way.
I believe that hurt, disappointment, sadness and grief are a normal part of the human experience. However, we often turn this hurt inward and create even more painful beliefs about ourselves and the world. I create genuine relationships with the people I work with, helping them to address and remove barriers that prevent them from more meaningful, authentic, and purposeful lives. I offer curiosity, new ideas and techniques while helping my clients identify and shift patterns that no longer serve them.

Healing happens in connection, and I strongly believe that the relationship between therapist and client is fundamental for change to occur.
Do you feel stuck, disconnected, unfulfilled, or overwhelmed? In our work together, we can move towards a deeper connection with yourself, romantic partners, family, friends, or colleagues. As your therapist, I strive to help you enjoy greater intimacy, authenticity, freedom and meaning in life. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families to shift unhealthy patterns, gain insight, improve communication, and feel more emotionally connected. My approach explores our foundational experiences and relationships in order to better understand how we feel and act within our current relationships.

As humans, we are built for connection. We try to have meaningful relationships, but sometimes we can be our own worst enemy. Sometimes we feel the intense pressure to live our life a certain way that comes from friends, families or societal expectations and it can make us feel like we are getting it all wrong. Together we can work on navigating the struggles you face outside of the therapeutic setting. I'm here to support you, whether it is finding your sense of self or the inner voice that has been dormant; or finding a rewarding relationship with yourself and others.

If you're looking to live your best life and need a safe place to work through life's challenges, I can help! I support people with anxiety, self esteem struggles, interpersonal or relationship issues, life transitions, career difficulties, managing stress, feeling "stuck", health concerns, and/or depression. I also work with all types of partnerships and commitments (romantic or otherwise) on a range of concerns. Therapy doesn't have to wait for a crisis. It can just be a space to process daily events. Being a person is hard sometimes!

Relationship Issues Therapists
While need for human connection appears to be innate, the ability to form healthy, loving relationships is learned. Some evidence suggests that the ability to form a stable relationship starts to form in infancy, in a child's earliest experiences with a caregiver who reliably meets the infant's needs for food, care, warmth, protection, stimulation, and social contact. Such relationships are not destiny, but they are theorized to establish deeply ingrained patterns of relating to others. The end of a relationship, however, is often a source of great psychological anguish.
