I tailor my approach to your particular needs & your unique process, while also being able to offer new tools and perspective to deal with whatever life throws at you. My treatment tends to focus on one's relationship with themselves, others, and the world around them, while also being able to better manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, and other mental health challenges. My specialty is relationship issues, helping both individuals and couples communicate more productively.

I am LGBTQ plus allied and sex positive. My specialty is in healing past trauma including abuse (emotional, physical, sexual), neglect, grief/loss, etc. Serious challenges are welcome. My passion is activating individuals and families by influencing development of knowledge, skills, and confidence. As a native of Las Vegas, I love giving back to the community by offering support and well being to those in need. I have experience working with people from a variety of different cultures and walks of life including four years of experience working with members of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe, Tohono O”dham Tribe, and Hopi Tribe. I'm experienced in treating Trauma, PTSD, Adolescent Issues, Life Transitions, and Women's Issues.

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse counseling. I have been in practice for more than 15 years. Through those years, I have helped hundreds of clients improve. I am certified in EMDR (an evidence based approach for trauma) and have specialized training in several advanced EMDR uses, including ones for trauma, pain, anxiety/panic/OCD/phobias, attachment injuries, complex trauma, substance abuse, and more. I am also trained in Brainspotting and Clinical Hypnosis (both heavily researched modalities for great results). I am a clinical supervisor for state intern therapists and supervisors in training.

When it comes to therapeutic change, the largest contributing factor is the relationship between therapist and client. My practice is very client centered and "real".
