As a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Evidence Based Practice of Nevada (The EBP), I am working towards licensure as a psychologist in Nevada under the supervision of Dr. Whitney Koch Owens and Dr. Adrianna Wechsler Zimring. At The EBP, I conduct psychotherapy with adults, couples, and groups, using established evidence-based practices. Additionally, I perform assessment and evaluation for select client populations. I completed my doctoral training in clinical psychology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) where I continue to teach upper division courses for the Psychology Department.

I am an experienced licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My focus lies with couples,individuals, adolescents, and families. Whether it is relationship issues, family dynamics, or individual coaching, all problems can be processed and resolved successfully! It is also important to have a strong, trusting relationship with your therapist, and that is an immediate goal in my sessions. My focus with relationships and families are developing healthy communication skills, acceptance, respect, and above all trust. I also specialize in addictions and the problems usually affect not just the one, but all who love and support them as well.

As an immigrant and intimate relationship violence survivor, I have a huge passion for supporting individuals who struggle with past/ongoing unhealthy intimate relationships trauma, attachment injuries, low self-esteem, racism, language barriers, and interracial relationships and helping them reclaim their authenticity and life. I am also one of few Asian LGBTQIA+ therapists in town :)
