I have over 20 years of experience working with teens, families, and adults suffering from mood disorders, thought disorders, and social and developmental disabilities. I view my role as someone who facilitates and supports change and self-discovery towards greater self- understanding, self-confidence, and acceptance.
My specific areas of clinical focus are currently interpersonal, social, education-related issues including high functioning autism, trauma, low self-esteem, adjustment disorder, adoption issues, families affected by divorce or death of a loved one, bullying, depression, anxiety, and school concerns.
