I've been working in the field of Social Work for the past 9 years and have worked with various age groups and a variety of needs; such as attachment disorder, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem/self-image. The treatment modalities that I have experience in are cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. I am certified in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping). I have been specializing in child and adolescent therapy and have been utilizing various treatment modalities based upon the age and concerns that are being addressed. I continue to attend trainings to increase my knowledge on treatment modalities; and ensure that each session is tailored to the Client at all times. I am certified in EFT as well.
It is important to me that each Client feels heard and I am here to provide a safe space and an empathetic ear. I look forward to fostering a therapeutic relationship and working together to address the issues that one is facing.
