Emotional Eating Program

Clients are introduced to concepts of Intuitive Eating.  This intensive program involves weekly face-to-face group therapy, extensive homework assignments, daily technology-based check-ins & tracking, and video/phone food coaching & fitness support. This is not a diet program, but rather an intensive program that requires a daily commitment to developing a healthy relationship with food and eating.
