I am currently doing telehealth appointments and office appointments. Are you or your child suffering from worry, sadness, or other concerns that you don't know how to deal with? Sometimes you just need a counselor in order to explore where these concerns are coming from and develop new ways to cope, handle or think about situations differently. I counsel adults, adolescents, and children ages 10-12 years old around a variety of concerns.
I work with women and adolescents that are experiencing life changes and/or family changes. I use cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, strengths-based, expressive, and play techniques.
I want to help you achieve what you want by providing you with a safe, therapeutic place to talk about anything that may be bothering you. My comfortable and beautiful office overlooks the river in Brunswick. We will work together to create a plan based on your strengths.
