I am currently doing telehealth appointments and office appointments. Are you or your child suffering from worry, sadness, or other concerns that you don't know how to deal with? I counsel adults, adolescents, and children ages 10-12 years old around a variety of concerns.
I work with women and adolescents that are experiencing life changes and/or family changes. I use cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, strengths-based, expressive, and play techniques.
