I am also a personal trainer experienced in using Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual, family or group mental and physical fitness needs in different types of environments. I primarily draw on cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, but I can draw on other modalities based on the needs of my clients. I am skilled in crisis intervention, and using motivational interviews to assist clients in exploring their needs, habits, and intentions.
