I am a level-2 certified Gottman Couples Therapist providing counseling for couples, adults, and families. I help clients improve communication, trust, and security in their relationships. I work collaboratively with my clients and believe they are the expert on their lives. I focus on their strengths and help build upon them to overcome difficulties. I identify what is already working well for them and we build the skills that they can implement and use in their everyday lives.
I specialize in couples therapy and work with presenting problems like communication, conflict management, infidelity, premarital counseling, discernment counseling, and sex and intimacy issues. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, attachment concerns, low self-esteem, grief, trauma, and life transitions.
