| español I am experienced working on relationship conflicts, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, postpartum depression, cross-cultural stress and life transitions. I combine my psychodynamic background with other therapeutic approaches in a culturally sensitive framework that allows me to tailor each treatment according to the individual needs. I provide psychotherapy in English and Spanish. We are going to work together in a strong, safe and warm therapeutic relationship where you can feel free to talk about anything that concerns you. Because I am a seasoned therapist, I am not scared to explore any topic. I get to the point.
You know yourself best. I just help you to put into words what you are not allowing yourself to say, accept or understand. It is a process, a fascinating journey. Sometimes painful but rewarding at the same time. in addition I have been working in Africa and Latino-America and I was a staff consultant for PAHO.
