I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Indiana University and Master’s in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis. I have gained experience in the mental health field working with youth experiencing homelessness, college students, and adults involved with the Department of Child Services.

I integrate multiple evidence-based clinical approaches into therapy depending on the needs of my clients, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused CBT.
