Welcome! My name is Maren Pinder. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with experience working with children, adolescents, adults and couples struggling with issues related to depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, behavioral challenges, parenting, self-esteem, and trauma. I strive to create a warm and authentic atmosphere where my clients feel safe to explore and fulfill their mental health needs. Common practices I use include emotion-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness.

We are certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Level 3 Trained Gottman Therapy for Couples, in addition to other treatment modalities. Our goal is for each person to have a positive growth experience of change and be able to interact openly during our time together. We are here to help individuals and families of any age.
