My work with men focuses on holding a supportive space to examine the rigors of manhood, balancing societal expectations, creating clarity concerning stressors related to equity and inequality while devising strategies and solutions to navigating life's terrain more effectively. My work is grounded in establishing men and women mentally, emotionally, spiritually and communally to increase healthy relationships.

I believe that everyone deserves an environment where they feel comfortable enough to discuss their beliefs and feelings without judgment. I apply several theoretical orientations such as, but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems Theory in my practice to best meet my clients' individual needs. I work on building a strong therapeutic relationship using empathy and non-judgmental, goal-oriented approaches which assist client's treatment outcome.

I have a strong background in psychoanalysis and spiritual evolution. I am an ordained Zen Buddhist with a background in different spiritual approaches and life changes. I am what psychologists would call a multi cultural person. I put a strong emphasis on inner growth and moving beyond stagnation. An interpersonal connection to my clients is important. My overall experience in life gives me tools to work with a client that one does not find in the usual psychological approach.
