I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy designed to meet your individual needs including EMDR, CBT, reminiscence and life review, motivational interviewing, TF-CBT, and mindfulness.
My passion as a therapist is working with individuals struggling with trauma, grief and loss. I hope to provide a non-judgmental environment and holistic approach that will help you make goals and cope with the stresses of life. I believe we all can grow through therapy and find a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us.
Christina is a down to earth and inquisitive therapist who likes to find ways to challenge her clients while building them up. She graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas with a Masters in Social Work, concentrating in Mental and Physical Health and specialization in Gerontology. She has extensively studied in the areas of grief, loss and mourning
