I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, comfortable and experienced working with couples, families, groups, & individuals of all ages and diversity. My work focuses on healing the whole person- mind, body & spirit- and frequently includes existential, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral strategies.

I earned Masters, Specialists, and Doctoral degrees in Counselor Education from the University of Florida. I have over 20 years of clinical and teaching experience. I work with individuals who are struggling with a variety of concerns, such as depression, stress, coping skills, behavioral change, anxiety, relationship issues, spirituality, and trauma.
