Thank you for viewing my website. Moving from Brevard County, I am privileged to serve clients throughout the State of FLorida from within Jacksonville and St. John's County. My experience spans over 45 years of combined psychotherapy practice in NJ, CA, and FL. With specialized training and certification in best practice models, I use CBT, EMDR, IFS, ACT, and other mindfulness therapies. My Couple's training includes being knowledgable in the use of the most highly respected EFCT, Gottman, & Imago Therapy models. Since the onset of Coronavirus, my services havw been conducted virtually. My hope is to allow you a calming place to promote ease in identifying, processing, and diffusing physical and emotional feelings related to depression, trauma, and anxiety in the body and mind, whereby creating a new narrative for success and satisfaction in daily living.
Elaine is a Qualified Supervisor since 2000, to university student interns in Miami and Brevard County. She has conducted CE Trainings in: CBT, Play Therapy, and DBT as a Supervisor. She is married 47 years to Paul,sharing two beautiful, married daughters, two super son-in-laws, and six beautiful grandchildren!:)
