As a mom of 2 HS boys & wife married for 20+ years, I've journeyed many of the challenges we face as women! My work with women encompasses infertility; parenting; relationship & career challenges. The soul of my counseling is the intentional pursuit of relating & connecting with my clients, a journey that allows us to discover the source of their struggles. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who has devoted most of my experience to working with adolescents and their families supporting the transition from childhood to young adulthood for both parents and teens. I also work extensively with couples, both in supporting the parental relationship as well as strengthening parenting skills, as I have found that with the mounting stress in today's society, a strong home foundation improves the whole system.
