I have served underprivileged communities, worked with survivors and perpetrators of sexual and gender violence and have specialized training working with addictions, and promoting mind-body wellness.

As an EMDR Therapy practitioner & Neurofeedback Technician, I love helping the "kids who grew up, survive and thrive" because they KNOW they can do, live and love more. My clients Laugh more and Live more fully, sooner and sometimes for the first time in their lives. EMDR Therapy and Neurofeedback cannot be used in conjunction with EMDR psychotherapy. However, Neurofeedback enhances brain retraining non-medically. The 45 mins of rest-time works beautifully
