With the demands of life, couples are struggling to make their relationship a priority. I support my clients in reviving their love, connection, passion, friendship and relational strengths. I specialize in couples who have become distant or are coping with relationship hurts such as infidelity, substance abuse, trauma, or loneliness. I am a licensed psychologist with a doctorate in clinical psychology. My clinical experience is primarily with adults who have experienced trauma (interpersonal, childhood abuse, vicarious). My approach is relational, psychodynamic, trauma-informed and I incorporate other evidence-based methods to fit the needs of my clients such as EMDR, EFT, and AEDP.
Participation in therapy is an important decision. I enjoy helping individuals improve their quality of life & emotional well-being. For couples in distress, I provide useful tools for communication, increasing vulnerability and intimacy so that both partners feel loved, understood, and valued.
