Clients report significant improvements in their relationship after the 1st session.
Couples come to me when they are sick of small disagreements turning into BIG arguments. Many therapists start with the problems… I start with solutions. I’ve created simple tools to help couples communicate based on seeing what successful couples do differently for over 20 years in practice.

Whether you are navigating relationship issues, life transitions or trying to understand why you are in pain, it is healing to be seen, heard & accepted.
Are you looking for a warm, straight forward sometimes funny therapist who will ask you questions & help you find your own authentic answers? I work with adults & couples who feel stuck, want to understand themselves, heal & grow. I find importance in childhood wounds that affect our present day. I will help reframe perspectives so you can look at things in a way which serve you better while connecting to parts of yourself you may have kept hidden. Boundaries are good for everyone.Establishing boundaries might feel uncomfortable, you may not even know you are entitled to have them or fear abandonment if you did, we can work on that.

I work with depression, anxiety, individual & family issues, pre-marital to marriage counseling, any type of relationship problems to grief.
"Life is difficult. . . a series of problems." Scott Peck wrote in Roadless Traveled. I can't describe it any better, but there are so many possibilities, changes that can happen when you take a step of courage. Therapy is a good way for some self reflection, to face the challenges, accept it and be at a better place. I believe that challenges are opportunities, for growth and strength; you can't do this alone, social psychology says. Let me help, to provide a safe place for connection and empathy to take that step, explore what may be holding you down and how you can be free and to live the best that you can be.

Suffering from stress, depression, anxiety? Feeling stuck in a harmful relationship? Are you grappling with your identity? Or just feeling overwhelmed? I would like to bring in the available resources within yourself for a lasting solution. My approach is adaptive to my clients' needs, with the objective of achieving long-term emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness. Some people benefit from talking, a reflection into who they really are, and others would like to explore and understand why, or to solve specific problems and achieve specific goals. And others wish to learn how to better communicate and be more assertive.

Relationship Issues Therapists
While need for human connection appears to be innate, the ability to form healthy, loving relationships is learned. Some evidence suggests that the ability to form a stable relationship starts to form in infancy, in a child's earliest experiences with a caregiver who reliably meets the infant's needs for food, care, warmth, protection, stimulation, and social contact. Such relationships are not destiny, but they are theorized to establish deeply ingrained patterns of relating to others. The end of a relationship, however, is often a source of great psychological anguish.
