Do you identify as LGBTQIA+ or queer curious and struggling in your relationships or authentic sense of identity? Or, are you having a hard time managing your anxiety or codependency? Do you experience low self esteem and want to build confidence? Are you living as an adult survivor of emotional or physical abuse? Are you looking for a therapist who practices fat acceptance and celebrates body diversity? I specialize in these areas, and I'd love to support you in finding self-compassion and self confidence. I also have a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy and find it a deeply powerful tool to care for ourselves.
When working with me in therapy I will assist you in deepening your relationship with the self, developing self compassion and learning how best to help you help yourself. I am rooted in a client centered and strength based approach to my work as well as bring Expressive Art therapy to support you when words are not enough or too difficult to access.
As a therapist I understand that everyone’s experience of this world is different. Should we have the opportunity to work together it is my intention to remain curious, open and understanding of your experience of the world and its impact. It is an honor and privilege to share in your process and witness your story.
