At Center for Transformational Psychotherapy we are committed to the real possibility of happiness for every human being, regardless of individual background and circumstance. We work from a shared perspective that transformation occurs by developing a relationship with awareness, which includes and ultimately goes beyond the limitations of conventional ego psychology. Within this shared perspective we offer a wide range of therapeutic techniques and will work with you to find the therapist who best meets your needs.
We offer therapy for individuals, couples, and families, as well as group therapy and trauma-focused treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). We work with clients age 6 and older.
We believe the most effective treatments address body, mind, and spirit and, as an adjunct to psychotherapy, we offer the option of body and breath work to support the embodiment of the therapeutic process, and mood-focused amino acid and nutritional support for clients seeking alternatives to psychiatric medication.
