I am a licensed, clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience in psychology and psychotherapy with individuals, family and couples. I've been involved in private practice as well as numerous pro-bono projects including organizing a counseling program for Soviet immigrants, providing lectures and seminars for parents on issues of teenage substance abuse and behavior problems.

My approach is based on Attachment Theory & CPTSD: the idea that much of our conflict & distress stems from old wounds & unmet needs. De-coding this blueprint provides a path toward healing & fulfillment. Relational issues, estrangement, Teen/YA issues & living life “on purpose” are all areas I am passionate about. I incorporate trauma-informed, conventional therapeutic modalities and a Buddhist Psychology perspective. I am a rabid ally and advocate for equality. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who works predominantly with adults and couples struggling in various life issues. We specialize in providing diagnostic evaluations to identify learning disabilities, attention and memory problems in children and adults. Psychological testing is used for the assessment of ADHD, memory and cognitive decline, personality, mood/bipolar, learning disorders, Autism, visual processing weaknesses, and developmental delay (ages newborn to 3 years). Psychological testing can also be used for schools to help accommodate your child's needs.
