My therapy practice is supportive and kind, and my purpose is to help you find meaning, navigate changes, heal and come back to yourself. Therapy is a space where you are not judged or stereotyped for your identities. I am currently seeing clients via telehealth.
I am passionate about social justice issues, equity, family systems, and cultural issues, and I use a mix of evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs. This includes specific training in trauma-focused therapies such as EMDR and in mindfulness and attachment-based techniques. I offer one 15 min, consultation.
