I have 17 years of experience working with adults, first responders, the elderly and the special needs population who have experienced trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, issues stemming from divorce and grief/loss who may be suffering from PTSD, depression, anxiety or complicated grief. I was a member of the trauma team at Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego, CA for 7 years and worked at Rady Children's hospital and S.D. Hospice. I am an EMDR Certified therapist and licensed in AL, AZ, CA, and FL.

Amy assists adult individuals and couples who are struggling to find balance and improvement in their daily lives and relationships. I loved working in the school setting as an elementary school teacher as well as a K-12 guidance counselor, and now bring this experience to my private practice.
