My approach to counseling varies based on individual needs. I am certified in treating trauma and draw heavily from client-centered and strengths based perspectives. I also value taking time to explore and understand the various parts of ourselves that may be in conflict about what decisions to make, how to navigate issues, or which direction to go in life.
I am a huge proponent of the power of therapy- I truly believe in what I do. I have seen clients change their lives in ways they doubted were possible and I am always humbled and grateful to those that allow me to be part of their journey.
