Hello, my name is Keith Myers, and one of my goals is to crush the stigma of mental health. Many have a story about mental health, but not everyone feels free to share that story. I have worked in the mental health profession for over 21 years working with adult men, women, and older adolescents. These include military clients, those who are struggling with complex trauma or PTSD, those who need to improve their emotional regulation skills, and those who are coping with relationship problems and/or divorce. I also treat other trauma therapists. I am comfortable sitting with you in your suffering and celebrating your successes.

There are times where we need a bit more support and perhaps an unbiased non-judgmental person to offer that lending ear. Depression, anxiety and stressors can be debilitating for anyone who has been affected by it regardless of age, gender or ethnicity.
