I believe in collaboration and offer a companioning approach in our sessions – with you as the expert on your own story. It is my honor to walk alongside clients through a strength-based approach to therapy – helping clients identify and amplify their own unique gifts. My experience working with individuals includes those referencing grief and loss, stress management, life transitions, interpersonal dynamics, anxiety, depression, PTSD, disruption of thoughts, feelings and emotions. I utilize an integrative approach by blending models of care to meet the client where they are and supporting improved well-being.
When entering a therapuetic process, I engage a combination of empathy, skill building, education and understanding ourselves or others on a deeper level. My extensive experience with grief, loss and life transitions influence many concerns we experience and is often overlooked. I strive to walk alongside each client, knowing each journey is unique.
I understand that reaching out to begin a therapeutic process can sometimes feel intimidating or overwhelming. Taking that first step is courageous and I honor that bravery with each aspect of our work together. My hope is to foster a safe and inviting atmosphere where clients can begin to identify manageable steps toward improving well-being.

The death of a loved one or close friend under sudden, unexpected, violent or traumatic circumstances can present complex problems in the grief process. This group offers a safe space for survivors to share their loss and begin to move through the healing process. Participants: experienced a traumatic loss, e.g., suicide, homicide, accident, overdose, COVID (unable to be present), natural disasters. AT LEAST 3 months out from loss experience Adults (18+) in VA, MD, DC, AZ, FL 2/27-4/30 2024
