Using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidenced-based interventions, I work with clients to relieve suffering and achieve better quality of life. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, OCD, adjustment difficulties, and relationship concerns.
My clients appreciate a trusting, supportive, and collaborative therapy environment in which I help you grow into the best version of yourself. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults in a range of settings, including high schools, university counseling centers, and private practices.
