The past decade has strengthened my desire and capacity to help you heal from heartbreak, disappointment and grief and to come fully alive. Together, we can find what holds you back; integrate the parts of you that are fighting, and transform difficulties into strengths and gifts. People I work with find my non-judgmental, warm, calming and creative attitude helps them listen to what they need and love themselves.
I offer my experience in recognizing and dissolving the old stories that bind people and my gift to help you let go of self-judgement. We can find lighter, less self-punishing ways for you to get to where you want to be, with more flow, pleasure and meaning.
