I am a trauma-informed therapist, who works from a foundation of relational and attachment theory, integrating mindfulness, body-based awareness and healing with adolescent, adults and couples. I am trained and certified in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Self-Hypnosis, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and a trained couples & sex therapist.
