I am a credentialed divorce mediator and trained co-parent coordinator. These specialties deal with conflict resolution which de-escalates emotions and concentrates on preserving relationships for the betterment of all involved. RESTART is an empowering combination of mental and physical wellness. It is part stress reduction, part nutritional therapy education, part sugar and processed food detox and a support group. The benefits participants experience are increased energy, more restful sleep, clarity and focus, decreased anxiety, boosted immune system, clothes it better, self awareness, reduction in stress, relaxation techniques to name a few. The RESTART GROUP is a simple and easy to follow in 8-10 hours over a 5 week period. Ask when the next group time is scheduled.
