As a Registered Marriage & Family Therapist I act as a trauma consultant for sensitive, highly sensitive, and introspective individuals and couples navigating emotional and relational challenges. If you feel overwhelmed or deeply affected by emotions, I offer a compassionate space to explore how trauma and past experiences shape your nervous system. Together, we’ll use Brainspotting and somatic tools to manage anxiety, disconnection, and overwhelm—helping you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process. My role is to compassionately listen, provide a non-judgmental space, and offer new perspectives, skills, and ways of relating to your emotions, yourself, and others. I draw from attachment, somatic, and relational perspectives, act as a trauma consultant, and deeply consider how social factors impact you.
