My practice focuses on relationships, attachment, and trauma. I work with individuals and couples who feel disconnected, unheard, and are struggling. I’m excellent at navigating complexity and co-creating a safer space with you to unpack painful experiences and overwhelming emotions while being compassionate, direct, and offering insight. I focus on looking for patterns in the past that are continuing to show up in the present that impact your relationships.

Individuals and couples come to see me often have complex family backgrounds and are interested in digging deeper to understand themself and others. As a therapist I'm interested in getting to the root of the problem. I'll hold you accountable to the changes you want to make and work toward the vision you see for yourself.
I know what it’s like to feel frustrated with current relationships (or struggling to heal from past ones). You aren’t alone. If you resonated with the above feel free to give me a call to schedule your first appointment. You can expect a response from me in less than 24 hours. I'm licensed in NY and RI.
