I'm a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst specializing in anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Before I became a therapist, I worked as a freelance writer, editor, and writing coach. The most fulfilling part of that work for me was helping writers overcome personal obstacles in order to accomplish their goals. Now, as a relational analyst, I have the privilege of helping many different kinds of people find themselves at some of the hardest times in their lives.
We'll work together to identify patterns in your life (family, love, work) that no longer serve you. We'll explore your past and present experiences in order to gain a deeper and fuller understanding of yourself -- who you've been, who you are, and who you want to be. We'll collaborate to create meaningful, lasting change for a more satisfying life.
