This is done through individual therapy which will help you (re)establish healthy relationships with yourself and others. It will also help to increase self-awareness, confidence, and regain one’s sense of purpose. My approach to counseling is based on the integration of my professional psychological training and personal experience. I personally have overcome abuse and addictions in my own life. I believe we were created to live in healthy relationships and I love working with people to help them live closer to who they were designed to be.
