I offer individual and relational therapy for all people, all relationships, and all genders. I also offer supervision for MFT and LPC candidates who are pre-licensed. It can be difficult to make that initial step and reach out. I believe you are more capable, intelligent, determined, and stronger than you may know. Sometimes we need an open, safe, effective, and accepting environment to access and fully explore all that we are capable of.

We are going to dig in deeper to foster healing. I will support and provide safety and comfort while undoing aloneness. Anxiety and/ or depression can feel exhausting and together, we'll explore core self and compassion to ease any discomfort. We are not our adverse experiences, we can re-wire. I will guide dealing with and healing attachment trauma, PTSD, and various abuses with kind, respectful and non-judgmental treatment. Through co-regulation of body awareness and experiencing inner core truths we'll foster healing "attunement!" I believe in your inner wisdom for transformation.

Relationships are the foundation of our lives. Through the quality of our connections with those we care about, we can feel as though we are thriving or they can leave us feeling isolated and alone. Working to strengthen or rebuild connections with others and with ourselves is extremely important to creating a sense of support and acceptance. If our foundation feels secure and safe, we can then allow ourselves to thrive in other areas of our lives. I have special training in relational therapy and how to strengthen these "systems" and the influence they have on our lives.

I hold a specialty certification as a Certified Grief Informed Professional (CGP) and have completed several grief and trauma focused trainings, including EMDR, a highly effective trauma treatment. I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of presenting concerns, including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, relational conflict, as well as varying forms and degrees of trauma.

In the face of trauma, grief, substance abuse and mental health challenges we can find ourselves weighed down, overwhelmed, hopeless, disconnected and uprooted. My hope in providing therapy support is to walk through those challenges with you and collaborate with you on your journey towards healing, exploration, empowerment, growth and rediscovering your roots.
