Our bodies are always trying to communicate with us. For many reasons, we do not always pay attention to our body sensations but when we are ready to listen to the muscle tension, sweaty palms, dry throat, floaty feelings, tightness in our chest, racing heart to name a few, it may be helpful to attend therapy to explore what is stored in our bodies in this way. My name is Lourdes "Janet" Camacho and I have been a practicing therapist since 2015. I work with adolescent girls and women looking to heal from situations that occurred in the past and impacts their current functioning.
