I have been in private practice for 20 years & clinical practice for 33 years. My clients are individuals, couples and older teens seeking personal growth from issues stemming from trauma, sex addiction and substance abuse. Those I treat are often also dealing with depression and anxiety, and I have extensive experience with law enforcement and PTSD and those healing from childhood trauma as well. I am level I certified in EMDR and incorporate multiple modalities into my work. I have considerable experience with those dealing with personality disorders within their family dynamics and relationships. Couples are a specialty.

My main clinical passion lies in helping young children, primarily newborns to age nine, better understand their own emotions so that they can cope with them adaptively. I also enjoy working with adults, particularly those who have experienced stress or trauma during their childhood.
