I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults. I am experienced in treating anxiety, trauma, depression, post-partum issues, adjustment issues, relationship concerns, grief, multicultural issues and identity concerns. I have an interest in relationship issues and life transitions, stress and anxiety management and multicultural issues.
As a therapist, I work collaboratively to promote positive emotional and personal transition by encouraging clients to examine or confront emotions, behaviors and thoughts. Through self-reflection a person is better able to make informed life decisions. Psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, multicultural, and mindfulness theories guide my work.
