I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I specialize in working with adults, families and teens who are experiencing stress from a variety of sources. In addition to my private psychotherapy practice, I’m also the founder of Secure Parenting, through which I offer small online group programs for parents of neurodiverse young people.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic models and work from a place of respect, kindness, and understanding. I pride myself on being positive and focused on the unique strengths of my clients. I believe that my love for what I do has a strong impact on the families and individuals I serve.
