In our work together, we gently slow down and explore the patterns beneath these moments. As deeper emotions and attachment needs begin to surface, partners can start to see each other not as adversaries, but as two people longing to feel safe, valued, and connected. As a trauma- and Polyvagal-informed therapist, I support couples in learning the dance of co-creating safety between them as a foundation for their relationship to thrive.
Witnessing the healing power of genuine connection in relational work is what drew me to specialize in Couples Therapy (Imago and Emotionally Focused Therapy). I help couples explore communication, trust, and intimacy challenges, generational wounds, life transitions, and cultural or value differences while strengthening the bond that brought them together.
As an art therapist and lifelong yogini, I integrate creative and embodied approaches into the therapeutic process. Some experiences live beyond words. Through the body, mindful awareness, and creative expression, we often discover new pathways to emotions and insight, allowing what has been held inside to gently find form, movement, and voice.
