On the outside, you manage, but internally something feels off, exhausting, or difficult to name. Therapy offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and begin understanding the deeper patterns shaping your relationships and sense of self. My work is relational and insight-oriented, helping you explore how your history continues to show up in your present life so you can feel more connected to yourself and the relationships that matter most.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful adults who carry a great deal while appearing strong on the outside. You may notice people-pleasing, difficulty resting, or tension in relationships, often caring for others while losing connection with yourself. Therapy can help you understand these patterns and create space for greater clarity and connection.
I offer relational, trauma-informed therapy for adults and couples. We move at a thoughtful pace, integrating insight and practical tools to support lasting change.
